This Limited Editon FIREHAWK # 566 was initially designed with speed and performance in mind. Like any car enthusiast, the first owner; an engineer, loved modifying his car . However, unlike other die-hard mechanics, John was no ordinary FIREHAWK owner. A true engineer at heart, John took the specs from SLP and further improved the engine function for greater power. To keep the car on track and strong, he modified the stock drive-train, suspension system and rears.
This powerful sports car ended up in the hands of its second and present owner. Another FIREHAWK admirer, Frank drove his FIREHAWK with much care.
Yetlike all good things, the time has come to say good-bye to this remarkable car, and now it's time to give a new owner and collector many years of enjoyment.

SLP Options |
Auburn, High Torque, Performance Differential w/AAM cast aluminum cooling cover |
Combination of leading edge Auburn Gear and American Axle Manufacturing technology enhances traction and helps reduce differential operating temperatures under certain driving conditions. System detects variance in the gripping force of each rear tire and redistributes the engine load as road conditions change, thereby enhancing vehicle performance and stability. |
Chrome Wheels |
17"x 9" Chrome-Plated, Five-Spoke Aluminum Wheels. SLP orignal offered chrome Speedline wheels as a option 1995, but never delivered any. SLP moved to American Racing Equipment rims in 1996 and started delivering the chrome option. |
